Reviewers and teams

Reviewers are the members of your organization who work reviews. Teams group them so you can see their counts together.

Add a reviewer in Manage reviewers by picking an existing member of your organization. For each reviewer you set:

• Queue access. The queues the reviewer can pull from, chosen in each queue's settings.
• Expected daily reviews. A target you set per reviewer. It is a target, not a limit: nothing stops a reviewer at the number.
• Team membership. The team the reviewer belongs to, for the team view.

A team has a name, a description, and members. The team view on Queues & Teams lists each member with their assigned and started reviews and the ones completed in the last 24 hours, so you can compare workload across a team such as fraud, documents, or compliance.
