The Reviews page lists every queue with its counts, so you see where the backlog is and how close it is to its deadlines.
Queue counts
Each queue shows three counts, total, assigned, and in progress, and splits each by how close its reviews are to their SLA: overdue, due within 1 hour, within 6 hours, and within 12 hours.
- Overdue and due soon. Reviews that breach if nobody picks them up. Move reviewers to that queue before the count grows.
- Assigned versus in progress. Reviews someone pulled but has not started. A gap between the two is work sitting with a reviewer rather than in the queue.
- Total versus assigned. Reviews waiting for anyone to pull them. A large unassigned count at high volume is the signal to add reviewers.
The counts are read when you open or reload the page.
Reading the page
The page answers the questions you have during the day: how many reviews are about to breach, whether to move someone from the general queue to escalations, and whether today's staffing covers today's volume. For each reviewer's assigned, started, and completed-in-24-hours counts, use the team view on Queues & Teams.
