Integration with playbooks

Reviews come from your playbooks. An Action node with the Manual review action raises one, with the review kind you choose in the node, and the Review Platform handles everything after that:

1. Reads the review kind set in the Action node.
2. Picks the queue. The queue bound to that review kind; when several queues are bound, one of them; when none is, the Default queue.
3. Sets the due date from the review kind's SLA.
4. Sets the base priority from the review kind.
5. Raises the priority as the review ages toward its due date, in queues sorted by hybrid priority.

Routing and prioritization are therefore consistent for every review, with no manual step.
